Mary Curtis

Mary has been involved with Durrell for a number of years and is now Chair of the Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee. She is Director of Calmera Business Consultancy which provides business and HR advisory services to organisations both locally and internationally. Mary is a past Non-Executive Director of Jersey Water and panel member of the Jersey Employment & Discrimination Tribunal and currently sits on the Jersey IoD Executive Committee. Her career started in London and she has worked for a variety of global organisations both in the UK and Jersey. She has a Masters Degree in Manpower Studies and the IoD Diploma in Company Direction. She is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and Institute of Directors and is a Chartered Director Interviewer. Mary is passionate about education and the benefits it can bring to individuals and society as a whole and believes Durrell’s work is critical for all of our futures.
